I really should be writing a handwritten letter to you,
but I know I won’t get one done for days and I wanted to thank you for an absolutely lovely weekend. I had no expectations and didn’t really know how the weekend would pan out, but hoped it would be relaxing and I would do some yoga. How wrong I was. It was the most gorgeous weekend. Right from the start, you and your gorgeous family made us so at home with a wonderful friendly ease that is really very special. I loved every moment from the food to the yoga, down time to coffee scrubs and cannot thank you all enough. I felt like a sponge absorbing all the words of wisdom and snippets of advice that floated around during casual discussions on food, supplements, exercise and general wellbeing. What a lovely group of people and I thoroughly enjoyed the different age groups. I know the dynamics of a group cannot be engineered, but I do think the friendly, easy-going atmosphere you all created had a direct bearing on the ease with which we all got on. A huge thank you to Francesca for her fantastic food, utterly delicious!

Having been diagnosed with PCOS a few years ago, I have struggled with my weight and proper nutrition for a long time! The thought of changing my diet and exercising more has always overwhelmed and scared me.
