This is such a great way to overhaul your health. I wish I had done it ages ago. I have so much more energy, I am enjoying shopping for and preparing food. Have really enjoyed working with Beanie and the 12 week hormone balancing nutrition program. I engaged her to specifically enhance my chances on my fertility journey, though I have dealt with weight issues my whole life despite an active and healthy lifestyle. But the holistic approach she brings and regular coaching she offers really were a step change from anything else I have tried. Has some great top tips (alternative options if you don't fancy something) and clearly knows her stuff. Incredible. No other words. Beanie is real, authentic and the way she develops her plans are reflective of this. They are attainable, accessible, and achievable. Beanie is a dream! I got in touch with her while I was looking for different ways to tackle my endometriosis pains. She is knowledgeable, realistic, clear and a great listener - it’s these of her many great qualities that helped me slowly replace weaker elements of my regular diet with more nourishing, healing foods. My pains have genuinely almost vanished but what was more surprising is that I didn’t experience the same level of period lethargy that I normally do.
