Beanie has changed the way I view food and fundamentally changed my relationship with it. It’s been amazing!!
Beanie is a great nutritionist, highly knowledgeable, so positive and empathetic and has provided me with the motivation and nutritional insights that I needed to start to lose the weight that has gradually been creeping up over the last few years and really struggling to shift this as I get older. Setting realistic and sustainable weight loss goals and then having regular online meets to discuss food intake & meal plans has given me that accountability that I need and I have lost a stone in 9 months. Weight loss has not been a linear journey for me, and when things have plateaued or gone backwards, Beanie always comes up with fresh ideas or tweaks to my programme and sets me back on track and provides you with the motivation to keep going. I am so much healthier in my eating habits but still able to make and enjoy tasty satisfying food, including some treats! I still have more weight to lose before I get to my goal but I am happy to be doing this gradually and sustainably and will be sticking with Beanie to get there!
An appointment was scheduled with this nutritionist, and a Zoom link was provided in advance. However, just minutes before the consultation, the link was cancelled. When contact was made to request clarification, the nutritionist responded by stating she had another appointment and asked, “What was it that you wanted?” before cancelling the session altogether and mentioning that her programmes begin at £500.
This experience left me feeling dismissed and disrespected. I also felt that I was treated differently because of my African name, which made the interaction feel discriminatory. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and dismissive attitude raise serious concerns about the reliability of the service and the way clients from diverse backgrounds may be treated.

I had no clue what to eat until I found Beanie. It was always over/under eating with little insight into how to put foods together and what foods. Over recent months I have learnt so much.
